The Good News

God, in His justice and mercy, demonstrated His love by sending His only Son, Jesus Christ, who took on flesh. He walked and lived among us a perfect life, suffered, died on the cross, and was buried so that through His death we might be saved from the judgment of our sins and trespasses. On the third day, He rose again so that those who believe in Him would be counted as righteous through faith.

Lord's Day

As a church, we desire to remain steadfast in the Apostles’ teaching (Acts 2:42), not neglecting to meet together (Hebrews 10:25), but continuing in the breaking of bread and in prayer, as we enter into the joy and rest of anticipating the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Congregational Prayer

As believers, we are called to devote ourselves to prayer (Colossians 4:2). Like the saints of old, whose souls were moved to cry out to God, we too must render our hearts to the Lord (Joel 2:13). Gathered as one body, we lift our hearts in prayer, depending together on His perfect will and grace.

Outreach

As disciples of Jesus Christ, we are called to follow in His footsteps and proclaim the good news of salvation. As Scripture asks, “How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in Him of whom they have never heard?” (Romans 10:14). Therefore, the salvation of the lost is our great commission—an overflow of our love for Christ and the gospel that has saved us.

The 43rd Lord’s Day of 2026. 🙌🏻

Last Lord’s Day, we were reminded through John 3:16–21 of the wonderful love of God revealed in Jesus Christ.

God loved the world and gave His only Son, not to condemn the world, but to save sinners and grant eternal life to everyone who believes in Him. Yet, the coming of Christ as the Light also exposes the darkness of our hearts and calls us to turn from sin and come to Him in faith.

Our hope is not in our own goodness or accomplishments, but in the finished work of Jesus Christ. Those whom God graciously saves are called to walk in His light and live lives that testify to His transforming grace.

May we never grow weary of this glorious truth: God has given His Son, Christ alone saves, and all glory belongs to God!

KBC Women’s Fellowship

We thank the Lord for a blessed time of fellowship as the women gathered together around God’s Word. Through James 3:1–12, we were reminded that our words reveal the condition of our hearts. Our prayer is that our speech may be marked not by gossip, anger, or hurtful words, but by grace, truth, love, and encouragement.

We need more than self-control; we need hearts transformed by the grace of Jesus Christ through the work of the Holy Spirit.

Truly, may our words bring glory to God and build up one another in the faith.
